All major credit cards are accepted. We use PayPal to process the credit cards to make your payment more secure. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. During the checking out process you will be transferred to PayPal where you can enter your credit card information. After your credit card information is processed, you will be automatically transferred back to the Rhines of Old website. This process limits the exposure of your financial information. Rhines of Old does not see your credit card information - it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server to minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

Purchases shipped to a Wisconsin address must include sales tax with their payment.


Sorry, at this time we only ship to the United States and Canada.  In the U.S. all shipments are made via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation for a flat rate of $5 per invoice.  Combine your orders to take advantage of this flat rate.  Usually, packages will arrive within 3-4 days.  Orders that are paid with credit cards or PayPal will ship within 1-3 business days.  If paid with a personal check, the item will ship within 10 business days, after the check has cleared the bank. Canadian shipments are made via Fed Ex Ground Service with Insurance for a flat rate of $16.


I have a 100% satisfaction policy!  I only ask that if you have any questions about an item, please send me an email with those questions prior to purchasing the item.  Also, before returning an item, please try it on.  I have purchased many items that looked totally different when worn versus looking at it in a box.  If you are dissatisfied and decide to return the item please follow the procedures below:

1)  Within 3 days of receiving the item, send an e-mail to rhines@bayland.net explaining why you want to return the item.  Be sure to include your order number, the item # that you want to return and the e-mail address you registered with us.

2)  DO NOT Send it back until you receive an email from me with a return authorization number.

3)  Send the item back to Rhines of Old within 3 days of receiving the authorization number.  Item must be packaged similar to when it was sent along with a copy of the email containing the return authorization number.  The package must be sent via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.

4)  If the above dates are met and the item is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped, a full refund of the purchase price less actual shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation costs will be made.  A 25% restocking charge may be charged if the above procedures are not followed.


I pack all items carefully in order to avoid damage.  However, if your item does arrive damaged please do the following:

1)  DO NOT RETURN the item to Rhines of Old – this will void the U.S. Postal Service Insurance.  Keep all of the packaging.

2)  Send an e-mail to rhines@bayland.net immediately, describing the damage that occurred and I will send you the necessary information to file a claim.  In your e-mail please include your order number and the email address you registered with us.

3)  You will need to take the damaged item along with the original packaging, proof of the amount that you paid for the item and if applicable, an estimate of repair cost to your local post office in order to prove your claim.

4)  For an item that never arrives, you have to wait at least 21 days from the date the item was mailed before filing a claim.  If your item does not arrive by then, please send an e-mail to me, including your order number and the e-mail address you registered with us.   I will then send you the necessary information to file a claim.

All my jewelry is intended to be worn by an adult. If the jewelry is used for purposes other than that, the owner assumes full responsibility for damage and injury.
